SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days.
Shipping rates and delivery estimated
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping may be 7 to 45 business days after your item has been shipped. All shipments being sent to a different country must clear customs first, which may delay delivery. If items are detained by Customs, due to country policies, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items. Check your county's custom policies before your order is placed in case you are unsure.
The following cases should be taken into consideration regarding shipping times:
Weight and dimensions of a package
Place of Dispatch. We use several fulfillment centers and may source your item.
Destination
Freight company
Busy periods such as Christmas may result in longer shipping times.
USA: Currently we ship to the United States forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, DC. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases or diplomatic locations.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Skull Quest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Skull Quest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
